Delivery & Returns
These terms and conditions of delivery, returns and cancellation apply to all purchases made via www.procamerashop.co.uk and form part of the sale contract between you and us.
At present procamerashop.co.uk only facilitates order to UK and Ireland addresses. In the interest of fraud protection, delivery can only be made to the registered billing address of the chosen payment card. All deliveries must be signed for (except items valued below £30 and small enough to fit through a letterbox). Please make sure you keep the receipt enclosed with your goods.
When you add products to your Shopping Basket, the appropriate delivery charge will be added automatically. You will always be able to see this charge before submitting your order.
All UK orders over £30 to areas not considered 'remote regions' by mainstream couriers are eligible for free delivery (see the postage table below for more details):

Orders are processed within 24 hours of successfully passing our security checks. They are then sent via traceable and insured delivery services. Most orders will be shipped via our preferred courier of choice, UPS. Depending on your location and the products that you have selected, we will choose the most appropriate carrier for your order which may also include Royal Mail, DHL or any other well known delivery service provider. Please note that if you wish to specifically request delivery via Royal Mail then an additional fee maybe required; please contact us for a quotation.
We will also keep you informed throughout every step of our dispatch process so that you know when to expect your order. We will inform you via email once your order has been dispatched and include within it your tracking information to allow you to check the progress of your order online.
The value and weight of your order as well as your delivery postcode area will determine which delivery company and service you will be offered. Depending on the method(s) used, delivery of goods typically takes 1-3 days, although customers are asked to allow up to 5 days in case of extenuating circumstances. Please note, that we do not deliver to Post Office (P.O.) boxes or shipping agent addresses.
ProCameraShop will select the most appropriate carrier for your goods. This means that delivery may arrive in more than one shipment in order to ensure that your purchase is fulfilled in the best possible way.
Every effort will be made to adhere to the delivery date. However, ProCameraShop will not be liable for any business losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the customer or any other person(s) or company / companies, that arise directly or indirectly from a failure to meet any estimated delivery date.
Each order incurs only one delivery charge. As products are added to your shopping basket, the website will automatically recalculate your shipping charge. Orders will be processed and shipped as quickly as possible on a first come first served basis.
ProCameraShop accepts no liability for any failure to deliver, delay, damage or defect to goods caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your goods, you are free to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving them (also known as the cooling off period) and request a refund or exchange for a different product.
The goods must in an 'as new' condition and returned in the original, undamaged packaging, along with any accessories and free gifts it was received with. The product must not have been used or installed or had any data inputted. Whilst the goods are in your possession you must take reasonable care of them and not use them. Cleaning accessories, filters, memory cards and software must still be sealed.
We cannot refund/cancel your purchase:
• if there is a contract for services with the product and you have started using the services; this would include, for example, registering a warranty
• the seal has been broken on any memory cards, filters or software, or the protectve plastic removed from LCD screens on tablets and cameras
• the goods were a special order to your specification
Please contact us to received an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form and enclose it in your returned package. Ensure the items you wish to return are securely packed, include their original packaging and accessories, and are in re-saleable order. You can request an RMA form by emailing email@example.com. For your protection, it is advisable to return the product to us via a recorded and traceable service.
Please note that you will bear the cost of returning the items to us unless they are delivered to you in error or are faulty on arrival. A refund of postage can only be issued if you provide us with the receipt, either inside the returned parcel or emailed to us within 7 days of sending the returned parcel. We are not able to refund any priority, express or courier services.
All products are covered by our one year in-house warranty. This covers parts and labour as standard and if any faults do develop within that period you need only contact us and we will do everything we can to resolve the situation in the quickest time possible.
Damaged during transit
Despite striving to choose the most reputable courier and delivery providers available, there is a small chance that some parcels may be damaged during transit.
If you are in receipt of a damaged or tampered parcel please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. After this time we will deem you to have received the parcel in good working condition and therefore we regret that all claims will not be processed thereof.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Cancellation of orders
You are able to cancel your order prior to shipping by notifying us in writing. You can cancel an order by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and an intention of cancellation.
